At BoardBoard, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we offer a straightforward refund policy. This policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased through our platform.

2. Refund Eligibility

You ARE Eligible for a Refund If:

  • • You request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase
  • • You have not excessively used the paid features during this period
  • • You have not previously received a refund for a BoardBoard subscription
  • • You experienced technical issues that prevented you from using the service

You Are NOT Eligible for a Refund If:

  • • More than 7 days have passed since your purchase
  • • You have already received a refund from us previously
  • • Your account was terminated due to Terms of Service violations
  • • You purchased through a third-party platform with different refund policies

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@boardboard.space
  2. Include the following information:
    • Your registered email address
    • Date of purchase
    • Reason for refund request
    • Any relevant transaction ID or receipt
  3. Wait for confirmation - We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days

4. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated
  • Your subscription will be cancelled immediately upon refund approval

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing cycle (unless within the 7-day refund window)
  • Your account will automatically convert to a free plan after the billing period ends
  • Your data and boards will be preserved, though some features may become restricted

6. Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions:

  • The 7-day refund window applies from the date of purchase or renewal
  • After the refund window, cancellation will take effect at the end of the annual billing period
  • No prorated refunds are available for annual plans after the 7-day window

7. Exceptions

We may make exceptions to this policy at our discretion in the following circumstances:

  • Extended service outages affecting your ability to use the platform
  • Documented billing errors or unauthorized charges
  • Significant changes to service features that materially affect your use
  • Other exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis
