2. Description of Service

BoardBoard is a collaborative whiteboard platform that allows users to create, draw, explain, record, and collaborate with others. Our service includes features such as real-time collaboration, drawing tools, screen recording, project management, and team workspaces.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payments

BoardBoard offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Basic features with limited storage and functionality
• Paid Plans: Enhanced features, increased storage, and premium support

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Prices are subject to change with advance notice.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create on BoardBoard ("User Content"). By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and backup your User Content on our servers
• Display your User Content to authorized collaborators
• Process your User Content as necessary to provide the Service

You are responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the right to share it on our platform.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOARDBOARD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BoardBoard and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
